Seems to have been a slow week this one. Funny how time is almost entirely subjective.

Well – looks like on the 4th July I’ll just be watching the eviction and giving casual thoughts to American independence. Can’t face the diet coke agenda. Not when almost everyone else will be in an alternative universe.

Turning 47 a week from today. It’s traditional to ask “where’d that go”, but I’m more inclined to think about what’s next. People who do their best work when they’re young tend to burn out or become bigots by the time they get to middle age.

As usual, not grabbed in any way by it at this stage. Tends to be a summer holiday thing. Seeing things through the prism. The only one of them on the edge of the radar at the moment is the ugly cross between Sylvester Stallone and Joey from Friends. He has to go. Luke is going to win.

so contact lenses then

Successfully integrated into the routine. Alarmingly easy really to surpress your blinking reflex. Proclear One Day. Can’t be doing with solutions and cases. Monthlies don’t last the month either – despite the pitch.
